Textile scouring is a process in which all natural and adventitious impurities such as Wax, Oil, Fat etc are removed from fabric and converting it to more clean textile material. In this process fabric becomes more hydrophilic means absorbency of fabric also increases. Over all we can say that scouring is a vital process in pre treatment of fabric.
